The residence is approximately 300 m. From the lake, in a quiet residential area just a short walk from the historical centre of Riva del Garda. We have eleven spacious apartments furnished with great attention to both comfort and style: apartments include a living room with pull-out couch, a kitchen area (includes dishwasher and all other necessary kitchen appliances), one or two master bedrooms, en suite washrooms, balcony, wall-safe, satellite TV, elevator and independently regulated heating. Linen is provided for tha kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Guests can use our garden, garage, table tennis facilities and storage area for sports equipment.
